Welcome! I am Haonan Zhang, a 4th year Ph.D. Candidate in Quantitative Marketing at the Michael G. Foster School of Business, University of Washington.
I am fortunate to be co-advised by Prof. Shirsho Biswas and Prof. Hema Yoganarasimhan.
My primary research lies in understanding consumers’ shopping behavior in multichannel retailing, with a particular focus on how the adoption of online shopping affects consumers’ offline shopping.
I study the cross-channel spillover effects of online adoption and their implications for retailers’ pricing strategies and profitability.
I am on the 2025–2026 Job Market.
